1. Product Description

Annexa ADU Advisory Report is a digital investment and regulatory analysis report for California accessory dwelling unit (ADU) development. The report is generated based on the address you provide and includes market data, regulatory analysis, cost estimates, and recommendations. The report is delivered as a downloadable PDF and viewable on our website.

2. Refund Policy

Digital product — no refunds after delivery. Once your report has been generated and made available for download, the purchase is final. We do not offer refunds for:

• Reports that have been successfully generated and delivered
• Change of mind or subjective dissatisfaction with the report content
• Incorrect address entered by the customer
• Reports already downloaded or viewed

Exceptions: We may consider a refund or report regeneration in cases of technical failure (e.g., report never generated, download failed and could not be recovered). Contact us at support@annexa.ai with your Order ID.

Refund window: Any eligible refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase.

3. Report Recovery

If you close the page or lose access before downloading, please contact us with the email address used at checkout to recover your report. No additional purchase is required.
